Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website:
- Contact details you submit in our forms, such as your name, organization, phone number, and the service you are interested in.
- The website address you enter into our free site scan, and the publicly available results of that scan.
- Device and usage information, such as browser type, pages viewed, referring ad or search campaign, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookie and pixel data used to measure advertising performance on Meta and Google, when you allow it.
Please do not submit health information
Our website forms are for business inquiries only. Do not include patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, client case details, or any other protected health information (PHI) or confidential legal information. If PHI is needed to support your organization, we collect it only through secure channels covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule assessments, and provide the services you request.
- To run the free site scan and show you its results.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, including understanding which campaigns bring visitors to us.
- To protect our website, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our form provider (Jotform), website hosting (Vercel), and an AI provider that analyzes public site-scan results. These providers are contractually limited to using the information to provide their services to us.
When you allow advertising cookies, Meta and Google may receive information about your visit to measure and personalize ads. Under California law, this can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See our California Privacy Notice for how to opt out.
Cookies, pixels, and Global Privacy Control
We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your choice, analytics and advertising technologies. Our site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
How we protect information
This site is served only over HTTPS with modern TLS and strict security headers. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and stored with our form provider under access controls. We limit internal access to the people who need it to respond to you.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Site-scan results are not stored after your session ends.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
Questions or requests
To ask a question or exercise any right described here, call us or use the request form on our site. We will verify your identity before acting on a request about personal information.
