This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as name, phone number, IP address, and online identifiers. Source: you and your device. Purpose: responding to inquiries, security, advertising measurement.

Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website and do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. When you allow advertising cookies, identifiers and internet activity may be "shared" with Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
  • Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right).

How to opt out of sharing

Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser and we will treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. You can also call us or submit a request through our site to opt out across devices we can associate with you.

How to submit a request

Call us or submit a request through our website. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, which may be extended once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary. We verify your identity by matching information you provide against information we hold. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with signed permission.

Retention

We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, generally no longer than three years after our last contact.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
